I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. Everything about it screamed comfort and quality. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center surrounded by amazing shopping. I loved being able to walk everywhere without any issues. The staff here were truly amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were so helpful when there was a mix-up with my room reservation and even saved my son's favorite toy that he left behind. The service here was top-notch and I felt well taken care of.
I highly recommend this hotel to families. The staff here are fantastic and the location is superb.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better - just the next door to a big department store and right next to a lovely bakery at the end of the street. It is directly in the city center, with many restaurant options in the immediate neighborhood. The hotel is also just 20 meters from the U-station, making transportation convenient. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the hotel facilities were great. It was wonderful to have a decent Rewe market just around the corner, providing everything we needed. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Easy to get around from here. Great parking but a bit narrow. Grocery store and shopping nearby. Amazing and accommodating staff.

The hotel has a great location, right down the main pedestrian street and near the big department store. It is also conveniently situated near the river, allowing for beautiful walks along the waterfront. the hotel offers a view of the Rhein park across the river, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting. The rooms are spacious, with stylish decor and amenities, such as a closet with a refrigerator. The bathroom features a bath and shower, although the shower handle could be more adjustable.
The hotel lacks highchairs in the breakfast area, which could be inconvenient for families with young children.
